How we compare
Most profit apps for Shopify set their price by how many orders you take each month, and some add a fee for every order over the limit. Profit Otter does not.

Billing questions
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your normal Shopify bill, in US dollars. Shopify may show it in your local currency.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial, and the Free plan stays free after that if you do not upgrade.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Pro is $190 a year, which works out at two months free compared with paying monthly.
What do I get on Free?
Your daily net profit with real fees, shipping, refunds and VAT taken off, for any number of orders. Free keeps the last 7 days, shows your top 3 products by profit and sends a weekly summary email. Pro adds full history with period comparisons, every product and order, ad spend from Google and Meta, loss alerts, the daily 8am email, fixed costs and CSV export.
Will the price change?
If we ever change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and it will never depend on how many orders you take.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall Profit Otter from your Shopify admin. Billing stops straight away and you are not charged again.
